Individual is expected to enhance patient satisfaction with Eagle Pharmacy programs by responding to incoming phone calls, and placing outgoing call to patients and physicians as assigned. Problem solving skills are essential. Individuals in this position will be the primary point of contact for patients calling to enroll in Eagle Pharmacy programs, placing orders/ refills, checking on the status of an order and inquiring about program offerings; often times the single point of contact for our patients.

  YOUR PASSION, ACTIONS & FOCUS is our Strength Become one of our Contributors Join the KnipperHEALTH Team!     The Distribution Lead will focus on the safety, quality, and productivity of direct reports. - The Distribution Lead will ensure that equipment and systems are utilized as intended by the manufacturer. - The Distribution Lead will ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, best practices, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) (e.g. receiving, order picking, inventory reconciliation, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and OSHA.) - The Distribution Lead is directly responsible for meeting promise-by times and the productivity of the department and associates under their guidance. - The Distribution Lead is to participate in user training that is led by qualified staff members that will include but is not limited to: hands on the job training, WMS navigation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) training. Said trainings are documented accordingly. - The Distribution Lead is expected to assist in the training of direct reports through hands on the job, processes, systems, and equipment training. Said training will be documented accordingly. - Distribution Lead can be expected to work and manage within various areas of distribution such as: receiving, assorted pick modules pick to light, kitting, shipping, returns, DEA, freezer, and refrigerated space.

The role is to handle all aspects of customer service with empathy, creativity, a problem-solving mindset, finding resolutions, and taking ownership of customer interactions using a variety of systems, tools, and resources. Program types include, but or not limited to, support of Hospital Inpatient Free Trial Programs. The Free Trial Program provides an on-line web service channel for pharmacists to enroll, order and receive Program Product as per the client business rules.  Customer Service Specialist receives or make calls to pharmacists (RPh) needing assistance with registration, log on, validation information and ordering free trial units, for both desktop and mobile platforms.   Must be able to work the hours of 8:30-5:00pm ET Monday-Friday Ideal Candidate should reside in the following states: NJ, NY, PA, IN, KY, NC, SC or FL Fully Remote opportunity

The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for the administration of the employee-lifecycle with a specific focus on employee on-boarding and off-boarding.  The HR Operations Analyst will maintain data integrity through data audits and periodic review and will provide technical and administrative support to HR and internal clients. The incumbent will assist with automation and other projects related to employee processing, benefits administration and payroll.   Position is based out of Knipper Health's Lakewood, New Jersey Office

Works under direct supervision of the Account Manager/Sr. Account Manager and is responsible for day-to-day tasks for assigned client programs.   Hybrid role based out of Somerset, NJ office.
