Individual is expected to enhance patient satisfaction with Eagle Pharmacy programs by responding to incoming phone calls, and placing outgoing call to patients and physicians as assigned. Problem solving skills are essential. Individuals in this position will be the primary point of contact for patients calling to enroll in Eagle Pharmacy programs, placing orders/ refills, checking on the status of an order and inquiring about program offerings; often times the single point of contact for our patients.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Client Operations Centralized Team Support Associate is responsible for managing their assigned focus area of the order monitoring, PLIT’s and reporting processes for multiple Sample and Compliance Programs, while ensuring programs remain in complete compliance with the Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA), client business rules and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Support Associate will create and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders in support of the assigned programs and will identify new opportunities to enhance program efficiencies and compliance. Responsible for day-to-day operations of assigned client programs.  Support Associate works to provide daily support to the Client Services Account teams.   Hybrid role out of Lakewood, NJ office.

The Technical Support Specialist also runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and determines and implements solutions.   Full Time Onsite role based out of Louisville, Kentucky location Hours necessary 8am-4:30pm ET Monday-Friday shift.

The VP of Pharmacy Compliance will serve as the point of contact for all quality and compliance related activities for CPS Business Unit to ensure regulatory compliance with state and other government agencies related to the healthcare industry.    Hybrid role based out of Lakeland, Florida location. Must be able to travel to other Knipper locations. Relocation is not offered for this opportunity.

YOUR PASSION, ACTIONS & FOCUS is our Strength Become one of our Contributors Join the KnipperHEALTH Team!     POSITION SUMMARY:   The Business Process Analyst, CPS will conduct data analysis to improve our pharmacy operations, which is the optimization of our facility and capabilities, including pharmacy fulfillment center, and patient orders, as well as the transportation and communications links between them. The main goal of the job is to help our company to increase efficiency and reduce costs, while exceeding customer expectations. A large component of this will include an emphasis on technology gains. This role will be directly involved in developing, monitoring, and analyzing integrations and solutions between applicable platforms. In this role, the analyst should have an analytical mind and a strong business acumen. Critical thinking skills and attention to detail are essential.   On site role, based out of Louisville, Kentucky.  Must be able to commute to Charlestown, Indiana and Lakeland, Florida location when necessary.

Requires ability to forecast and prioritize daily workload and personnel, and to strategize with the management team when necessary to ensure all client service level agreements are met. The Operations Manager has a quality mindset to ensure order accuracy and adherence to cGMP’s and company SOP’s, as well as Indiana Board of Pharmacy laws and regulations.  Logistics experience is necessary for inventory profiling in carton flow area, and ability to interpret performance metrics to meet company goals and to drive improvements.
