What to Expect After You Apply
We hold ourselves to a high standard, and we extend that same commitment to our hiring process. All candidates will complete a thorough pre-employment screening, which includes:

‣ Work Authorization — I-9 and E-Verify completion confirming eligibility to work in the U.S.

‣ Education Verification — We'll contact your highest level of education institution directly

‣ 7-Year Criminal Background Check — Federal and state criminal searches

‣ 7-Year Employment Verification — Former employers will be contacted to confirm dates of employment

‣ Pre-Employment Drug Screen — Required at a testing site within 3 days of offer

If you receive an offer, our third-party screening vendor will reach out promptly to kick things off. We encourage you to gather your documentation in advance — having everything ready helps ensure a smooth and speedy start.
