The Accounting Systems & Automation Manager is responsible for optimizing, maintaining, and scaling the organization’s financial systems - primarily NetSuite and surrounding integrated applications. This role will serve as the bridge between Accounting, Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure streamlined processes, high-quality data, and effective system utilization. This position's focus is to bring automation, continuous improvement and accounting best practices to the organization through our accounting processes.

The expected base pay range for this position is $85K-130K yearly. The actual compensation for the position may vary based on market differences and on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications and can vary based on location and/or work schedule. In addition to base pay, CareTria offers a comprehensive benefits package.
