REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited university or college, or demonstrated equivalent related experience
- Minimum of three (3) years work experience in an HR generalist role
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience in an HR leadership role
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, LMS, and payroll systems
- Proven ability to provide consistently high-quality of service
- Must be legally authorized to work in United States without company sponsorship
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Professional designation as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
- Previous experience with process development, labor relations, union avoidance and technology implementation/enhancement
