The Payroll & HR Operations Specialist is a non-supervisory, individual contributor role responsible for working in a team environment. The primary focus of this role is to support the day-to-day Payroll function. In addition, the role supports the HR Operations function. The Payroll & HR Operations Specialist is responsible for all facets of payroll processing, employee life-cycle processing, data integrity and reporting. This position works with multiple HR applications; ADP Workforce Now, iCIMS, HireRight, Labor Soft, etc. and communicates with candidates, employees and vendors while providing excellent customer service.

The base salary range for this non-exempt position is $50,000 to $65,000 annually.
Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and competencies.
