The Platform Administrator is responsible to implement, configure, and provide production support for existing, new, and improved Sample Management platform functionality across our active client programs. This key player will collaborate closely with the Client Services team, cross-functional business users, and IT to support new client onboarding, feature releases, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ongoing to resolve technical or process concerns. While performing platform administration, this individual will also assist in transforming business requirements into platform configuration documentation/actionable steps, manage security roles, and support SOP, guidance, and training documentation.

 

Full Time Hybrid role based out of Lakewood, NJ

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement and configure new setups in Knipper Health’s proprietary Sample Management platform, including but not limited to MyRepCenter (MRC), Direct-to-Practitioner (DTP), Hospital Free Goods, MySampleCloset (MSC) and Knipper Direct Consumer programs.
  • Provide Production Support for all components of the Sample Management platform (MRC, DTP, Free Goods, MSC, and KnipperDirect). Respond to and resolve Production Support Tickets timely.
  • Liaison to the Client Services teams and communicate with client teams ensuring required business rules are translated properly and documented and configured correctly in the Sample Management platform.
  • Coordinate with Testing and Software Quality Assurance (SQA) teams for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of all new programs and provides assists where necessary.
  • Create and maintain program configuration documents for each new program setup.
  • Support end user Sample Management platform training for set-up and, day-to-day usage.
  • Raise bugs and new user stories to IT for fixes and new features to be added.
  • Monitor systems daily to ensure expected performance and no critical errors.
  • Set up user accounts, access and set security rights.

Qualifications

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • College degree preferred. Equivalent or related experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in platform administration, and/or familiarity with sample management, inventory or e-commerce systems as an end user, strongly preferred.
  • Intermediate skill level with Microsoft tools and computer skills.
  • Demonstrated successful customer/client services skills
  • Experience in the health-care industry, a plus
