Summary

 

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth transition and ramp up of all new hires as well as being responsible for ongoing knowledge management, and coaching people on pertinent process. Responsible for conducting all new hire training, as well as, program updates and other pertinent changes. Will work closely with the Leadership team, when creating curriculum, training and updated content.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Presents an energetic, positive and professional training program
• Develops and provides a clear, concise, and effective presentation and curriculum for the explanation of new programs or updates to existing programs
• Coach and develop agents according to feedback provided leadership team
• Follow program guides and educate per client standards
• Seek new opportunities for training and practice with agents
• Create training outlines as appropriate
• Track agent progress and provide timely and consistent updates to program management
• Work with other training members to develop and implement supplementary training on a weekly basis
• Develops training guides, and presentations for huddles and re-training programs
• Track agent progress and provide timely and consistent updates to program management
• Assist with floor coverage as needed
• Responsible for other tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Focused team player, who can work in conjunction with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, other departments, customers, and management
• Work independently with little supervision and meet daily deadlines
• Must possess excellent leadership, presentation and motivational skills
• Computer proficiency to navigate required databases and operate in required software packages
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Must be self-motivated and capable of identifying needs for their team
• Consistent and timely attendance absolutely required, with ability to work a flexible schedule

 

Education and Experience
This position requires the candidate to have a high school diploma or equivalent. Those candidates who have post high school or specialized training are preferred. Candidates who have pharmacy or medical experience, one year of trainer experience, or twelve months minimum of call center experience are all preferred to apply for the position. Candidates should be familiar with CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

 

Work Environment / Physical Demands

This position is in a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity enough to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard computer and phone equipment. May have occasional high stress when dealing with customers/clients.
